Dr. Karen Maley grew up discovering movement as both an art form and a foundation for health through competitive dance, track, cross country, and field hockey. Early on, whenever pain crept in, she was driven by a single question: why?
That relentless curiosity led her to earn a B.S. in Biology from King’s College before earning her Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 2015.
Early in her career, Dr. Karen worked alongside top sports rehab specialists, treating high-level athletes and active adults. To better understand the biomechanical demands of her patients, she jumped headfirst into CrossFit and kettlebell training, turning a research effort into a lifelong passion.
Now based in Miami, Dr. Karen blends evidence-based chiropractic care with active rehabilitation, functional strength, and movement retraining. She helps active individuals, dancers, moms, and athletes get out of pain, understand their bodies, and move with strength and confidence.
